Tinna Rubber expands into Chile and Saudi Arabia with new investments as shares slide over 5% amid broader expansion.

Tinna Rubber And Infrastructure Ltd disclosed two separate overseas investment tranches on Wednesday, signalling an accelerating international expansion even as its shares fell 5.51 per cent to ₹879.25 on Thursday.
In filings, the New Delhi-based company said it had infused the first tranche into its newly incorporated Chilean wholly owned subsidiary, Tinna Rubber Chile SpA, investing Chilean Pesos (CLP) 1,00,00,000 to subscribe to 10,00,000 ordinary shares at CLP 10 per share, equivalent to approximately ₹10,03,729. The Board has approved an overall investment cap of up to ₹5 crore into the Chile entity.
In a separate filing, the company disclosed its fifth successive capital infusion into Tinna Rubber Arabia Ltd, its Saudi Arabian wholly owned subsidiary. The tranche comprised SAR 1,02,000 for subscription of 15 shares at SAR 6,800 per share, equivalent to approximately ₹26,46,763.
On the bourses on Thursday, the stocks opened at ₹935, touched a day’s high of ₹948.70 before sliding to a low of ₹876. The stock’s total market capitalisation stood at approximately ₹1,582 crore. The scrip is trading well off its 52-week high of ₹1,322 hit on July 21, 2026.
